Wayne Arnold, D.O.

Dr. Wayne Arnold has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine's Division of Cardiology since 1990. That year he also served as Director of the College's Peripheral Vascular Laboratory. Dr. Arnold is a radiation safety officer for ImageAmerica and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Academy of Osteopathy, and the Philadelphia Academy of Cardiology. His research interests include peripheral vascular disease and thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
Dr. Arnold received his D.O. from PCOM in 1980 and went on to complete his internship and residency with the College. From 1983 to 1985 he did postdoctoral training in general, non-invasive, nuclear and pediatric cardiology at hospitals throughout the Philadelphia region, including St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and the Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
