Unless otherwise specified, all programs are designed for
the interest and needs of general practitioners and other
primary care physicians.
Full days attendance required to receive C.M.E. credits.
All programs subject to change as required.
Fee Policies

Registration fees for Saturday and Sunday programs are
not refundable, nor can they be credited to future
programs.

Refunds for extended programs - 90% of the fee will be
refunded if written cancellation is postmarked at least ten
days before the program date.
