| Objective |
| Upon completion of this program, participants will acquire an updated understanding of current diagnosis, intervention and treatment of medical circumstances arising from pulmonary conditions including chest pain, pulmonary edema, pulmonary embolus, pneumonia, COPD and other conditions including mesenteric ischemia, medication induced hypoglycemia, contrast induced nephropathy, intoxication from cardiac medications, diabetic ketoacidosis, pediatric fractures, soft tissue infections of the head and neck, complications of bariatric surgery and the use of hyperbaric oxygen for surgical emergencies. The concepts of new PCI guidelines for STEMI, coronary CTA for the evaluation of chest pain, the use of cardiac biomarkers, patient safety in the emergency department, leveraging quality in the emergency department, and emergency medicine legislative up-date will be presented, and challenging ECG interpretations and cases from current emergency practice will be presented and discussed. |

| Fee Policies |
| Tuition Fee of $700.00 for Physicians. Individual days from Mon-Thurs. are $175.00 (7 credits per day). Physician Assistants and EMS would be $360.00. Individual days from Mon-Thurs. are $90.00. These fees include continental breakfast, lunch and syllabus. Registration is limited on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be confirmed without tuition fee. Refunds for extended programs - 90% of the fee will be refunded if written cancellation is post-marked at least ten days before the program date. |
