Dear Doctor:
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is proud to present the 2012-2013 Series for the Philadelphia and Georgia Campuses. This calendar of CME Programs, presented by the College as a service to the profession, offers a rich variety of topics of clinical importance to the osteopathic physician and other health professionals in practice. In the current college year, our CME faculty will present new clinical programs focused on anesthesia and pain management, PM&R concepts, and family medicine (spring review). We are excited to be collaborating with Crozer-Keystone Health System and Moore Eye Foundation with an all day medical symposium touching on future healthcare challenges, systemic diseases & innovative eye care.
In addition to our one-day seminars, we will provide several excellent extended programs this year, such as Advanced Emergency Medicine, March 18-21, 2013 and a mixed topic program for PCOM Alumni Weekend, May 31-June 1, 2013.
Also, mark your calendar for our 20th Annual "Family Weekend" program in Hershey which provides high quality seminars focusing on family medicine and infectious diseases. This seminar has become an annual favorite among PCOM alumni and their families, and grows each year. Please remember to register early for Hershey accommodations.
Enrollment in PCOM’s continuing medical education program is open to all health care practitioners, including osteopathic and allopathic physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physician assistants.
Watch each issue of the POMA Newsletter for our latest program announcement in the calendar of events and watch the PCOM Web site (www.pcom.edu) for updates on the 2012-2013 CME series. If you would like to be mailed our program flyers and brochures, please call the PCOM CME Office at (215) 871-6348 or e-mail lindam@pcom.edu.
We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Cordially,
Eugene Mochan, PhD, DO Associate Dean for Primary Care and Continuing Medical Education
