PCOM has three graduation ceremonies each year.
All students graduating must apply to graduate by completing
intent to graduate form in order to receive their degree. The deadline for completion of the form is January 15th, 201.
To be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony, students must complete degree requirements during that academic year. For those students that require thesis defense such as MS Biomedical Science Research or Neuromusculoskeletal track, and the PsyD programs, completion of your thesis is required by June 1st of that year. Students must complete the
graduation application form as noted above.
If you lose or damage your diploma you may order a replacement. Please complete the
diploma replacement form and have it notarized. Include a check for $50.00 made payable to PCOM when mailing your request
Upon receipt of your request and confirmation of your degree earned, a replacement diploma will be ordered. You may expect to receive your diploma within 7-9 weeks of the date that the request was received.
