Cambria Healthcare Center
The interns provided educational and community-based programs focusing on health education/awareness. Some of the issues addressed were diabetes, obesity, physical fitness, oral and mental health, and Intimate Partner Violence. The interns conducted mini-surveys to assess the health concerns of Cambria's patients. Their summer work culminated with a health fair which was open to the neighborhood.
