Dr. Ginsberg is Professor and Director of the Residency Program of the Division of Urology in PCOM's Department of Surgery. He joined PCOM's faculty in 1985 as a Clinical Instructor. Dr. Ginsberg has studied general urology, pediatric urology, urologic oncology and renal transplantation.
He is a member of American College of Physician Executives, the American Fertility Society, the American Urologic Association and the American College of Legal Medicine. Dr. Ginsberg is a consultant urologist to several pharmaceutical labs. His current research focuses on chemoprevention, flow cytometry and endothelial receptors in prostate cancer.
In 1984 he was the recipient of a Mead Johnson Research Fellowship Grant from the National Osteopathic Foundation and in 1980 he was honored with the Frederick H. Barth Memorial Award for excellence in bronchopulmonary disease. Dr. Ginsberg received his D.O. from PCOM in 1980 and his M.Sc. in Urology from the College in 1985. He earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1995.
