Center for Academic Resources and Educational Services (CARES)

Description of Services
The Center for Academic Resources and Educational Services (CARES) offers academic resources, support, and consultation to all PCOM students in our offices located in Rowland Hall Suite 530.  Students can stop by the Center for Brief Therapy during office hours (Mondays-Thursdays 9AM-7PM and Fridays 9AM-3PM) or contact us at CARES@pcom.edu or 215-871-6507 to make an appointment.

Whether academics have always been a struggle for you, you are experiencing academic difficulties for the first time, or you just want to enhance the skills you already have, we have some ideas that may help.  Some tips are surprisingly simple to implement.  There are almost as many reasons to have academic difficulties as there are students who have them.  We will attempt to blend good general study skills strategies with an individualized plan to get you back on track or to help you excel.
