Dr. Gorski serves the Biochemistry / Molecular Biology Department as an Instructor. He is the author and co-author of over 30 publications, predominately in the field of molecular biology and genetics.
At the Medical Academy in Lublin, Poland, Dr. Gorski received the Award for Didactic Research twice and the Research Incentive Award three times.
He earned the Biotechnology Affiliate Faculty Award from Thomas Jefferson University in 1997 during a post-doctoral fellowship in molecular biology in the Department of Gastroenterology / Hepatology.
Dr. Gorski earned his M.D. at the Medical Academy in Lublin, Poland in 1980 and his Ph.D. from that institution in 1987. He served his internship in internal diseases, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology and general surgery from 1980 to 1981. Dr. Gorski completed postdoctoral fellowships in cytogenetics at Hahnemann University Hospital in 1990 and Cooper Hospital/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1994.
