Parking Information for Philadelphia Campus

General Public Parking

On-campus parking is available in our five-level garage. Please enter either from Monument or Stout Road. The parking fee is a flat $5.00 and is paid upon leaving the garage. Please note: the automated gate only takes quarters, one, five and ten dollar bills.

Employee Parking

To sign up for parking an employee must complete an Employee Parking Application. This form is available in the Bursar's Office. The fee for parking in the Monument Avenue Lot is $15 per month. The fee for parking in the garage is $30 per month. The fee will be deducted bi-weekly from your payroll. The fee for reserved parking is $35 per month. There is currently a waiting list for reserved parking maintained by the Bursar's Office.

Student Parking

To sign up for parking a student must complete a Student Parking Application. This form is available in the Bursar's Office. The fees are as follows:

Monument Lot                                             $120 per year

Evening Garage (beginning at 3:45 pm)    $180 per year

24 hour Garage                                           $300 per year

Fees for parking will be charged to tuition accounts on a per term basis. Rotation parking is available in the Monument Avenue Lot for $10 per rotation or in the Garage for $25 per rotation.

* All students receive free parking both in the Monument Avenue Lot and the Garage Monday through Friday, 5 pm through 7 am and all day Saturday and Sunday.
