Robert Cuzzolino, Ed.D.

  

Robert G. Cuzzolino, Ed.D. has been Vice President for Graduate Programs and Planning since 2002.  He also holds an appointment as Professor in the Department of Medical Humanities and Education.  Dr. Cuzzolino reports directly to the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Kenneth J. Veit.  Dr. Cuzzolino earned an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Temple University and an M. Ed. in Counseling in Higher Education from Kutztown University. He is a Fellow of the College of Physicians in Philadelphia.

 

Dr. Cuzzolino has been responsible for areas of institutional planning and academic oversight at PCOM for more than 30 years.  In his current position he provides leadership for the institution’s Graduate Programs (Pharmacy, Doctoral and Masters programs in Clinical, Counseling and School Psychology, Biomedical Science, Physician Assistant Studies, Organizational Development and Leadership, Forensic Medicine).  He also oversees the development of dual degree programs (DO/ MBA, MPH and PhD in Health Policy; DO/MA in Medical Ethics; DO/PhD in Biomedical Science) that are partnered with other institutions.  In addition Dr. Cuzzolino is responsible for all academic planning for the College, including outcomes assessment plan, SWOT analysis, strategic plan, institutional self-study and all matters related to institutional accreditation, program approval, and governmental compliance.
