Dusty Lisi, PharmD

  

Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice

Dr. Lisi received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the College of Pharmacy and
Health Sciences at Mercer University. She completed an ASHP Accredited PGY-1
residency program at Grady Health System in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Lisi also has a
Master of Science in Human Genetics and practiced as a Prenatal Genetic Counselor
with Emory University and Emory Genetics Laboratory for three years.

Dr. Lisi served as the cardiology and anticoagulation clinical pharmacist at WellStar
Cobb Hospital where she established and coordinated the inpatient anticoagulation program. Most recently she worked as a clinical pharmacist at WellStar Kennestone Hospital and collaborated with the WellStar Cardiovascular Medicine group providing multi-disciplinary Heart Failure rounds.

Dr. Lisi has additional certifications in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and Pharmacy-Based Immunization.  She has broad ranging pharmacy interests in adult internal medicine, women’s health, anticoagulation, and cardiology.
