Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Department of Bio-Medical Sciences, seeks a full time Research Technician. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting and supporting faculty research in laboratory settings, prepare laboratory and equipment for scheduled research sessions, and assist during laboratory experimental sessions. Will also maintain experimental research, maintain laboratory supply levels, and notify appropriate administrative personnel when additional supplies are needed. The successful candidate must have experience with isolated perfused heart preparation. The minimum level of formal education required for this position is a scientific Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to applicants with either a Master’s Degree (MS) or PhD. This is a 1 year grant-funded position.
