Answer 1 for YES or 2 for NO.
Main Menu
Press 4 to Check New Messages.
Press 5 to Leave Messages
Press 6 to Review Old Messages.
Press 7 to Change Setup Options.
Using Voicemail Checking New Messages
Dial extension 6550.
Enter your Personal Security Code.
Press 4 to check new messages.
From another extension
Dial extension 6550
Press # + 9 + Mailbox.
Enter your Personal Security Code.
Press 4 to Check New Messages.
From Outside
Dial 215-871-6550.
Press 9 + Mailbox.
Enter your Personal Security Code.
Press 4 to Check New Messages.
During Message Playback
Press 2 to Interrupt the Message.
Press 4 to Reduce the Speed.
Press 5 to Change Volume.
Enter 6 to Increase Speed.
Enter 7 to Go Backward.
Enter 8 to Pause.
Enter 9 to Go Forward.
Enter # to Repeat.
After Checking New Messages
Press 4 to Replay.
Press 5 to Check Next.
Press 6 to Delete.
Press 7 to Archive.
Press 8 to Hear Time Stamp
Press 9 To Redirect
Press 0 to Save as New.
Press # to Repeat. |
Archiving Messages
After listening to message: You will hear "Message Archived.
Redirecting Messages After listening to messages:
- Press 9 to Redirect.
- Enter the extension of the Person you are Redirecting to or press ## to spell the persons last name.
- Confirm the name by pressing 1.
- When prompted to Record an introduction Press 1 or Yes or 2 for No.
- After recording a Message Press *.
- Press * again to send message.
Leaving Messages
From the Main Menu Press 5 to Leave a Message.
Enter the Subscriber's Extension, to confirm Press 1 or Press 2 to go to the next name.
Record your message at the beep.
Hit * to Stop Recording.
Press 4 to Edit.
Press 5 for Special Delivery
Press 6 Address to Address to Others.
Press * to Send Messages.
Reviewing Old Messages
From the Main Menu Press 6 to Review Old Messages.
The system will tell you how many old messages you have to review, and the subscriber who left you a message.
Press 2 until you hear the name of the subscriber you want, then Press 1.
Press * to Skip Messages.
Note: After listening to an OLD message, it will automatically DELETE unless you archive. |
Canceling Messages
Start to send another message to same subsciber.
If they have not listened to the message, the system will ask if you want to review it. Press 1 for Yes.
When you hear the message, you can Press 2 to interrupt. The system wil ask if you want to cancel, Press 1.
Setup Options
Press 7 for Setup Options. Press 4 for Greetings:
- Press 4 to Hear Current Greeting.
- Press 5 to Switch Greeting.
- Press 6 to Edit Standard Greeting.
- Press 7 to Edit Alternate Greeting.
- Press 8 To Edit Busy Greeting.
- Press 9 to Edit Fax Greeting.
Press 5 Groups:
Press 4 to Create Group.
Press 5 to Edit a Group.
Press 6 to List Groups.
Press 7 to Delete Groups.
Press 7 Personal Options:
Press 4 to Change you Security Code.
Press 5 Recorded Name.
Press 6 Spelled Name.
Press 7 Directory Status.
Exiting Voice Mail:
Press ** to exit completely out of the voice mail system. |
